We aim to keep our platform running smoothly. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid content:

  • We may, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law, offer:

    • Extra access time,

    • A replacement session, or

    • A partial or full refund only where a significant portion of paid access was lost due to an issue on our side.

We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device limitations, or other factors outside our control.

5. Fraud, Abuse & Violations

If we suspect fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or a violation of our Terms & Conditions:

  • We may refuse a refund,
